Use of our services
By subscribing to a Trustline product, you agree to use it lawfully and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at the time of purchase. Prices shown are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable. Access continues for the paid period and renews only on payment.
Service availability
We aim to keep our cloud applications available at all times, with planned maintenance communicated in advance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
Intellectual property
All software, documentation, branding and content belong to Trustline. Your business data remains yours and can be exported at any time during an active subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
